HOTEL ACUARIO - CENTRO DE ESQUI LAS LEÑAS – MENDOZA - ARGENTINA
Proyecto de renovación del Hotel Acuario encargado al Estudio Gallardo-Schaer por el Directorio de Las Leñas, liderado por Tan Sri A.P. Arumugam a cargo del grupo malayo propietario del principal Ski Resort de Argentina. El edificio original del año 1983 está situado a 2.300 mts. sobre el nivel del mar, en pleno corazón de las altas cumbres de la Cordillera de los Andes.
El estudio presentó un esquema de refuncionalización integral del hotel. Las etapas fueron: diseño, cotización y gerenciamiento de la obra. La remodelación incluyó: áreas publicas, lobby, bar, restaurant, lounge, cocinas y habitaciones.

ACUARIO HOTEL - LAS LEÑAS SKI RESORT – MENDOZA - ARGENTINA
Refurbishing project of the Acuario Hotel, assigned to Gallardo-Schaer Architectural Office by the board of Las Leñas, led by Tan Sri A.P. Arumugam, in charge of the Malaysian group, owner of the main Ski Resort in Argentina. The original 1983 building is situated at 2.300 mts. above sea-level, in the heart of The Andes highest summits. The office presented a plan for an integral re-functionalization of the hotel. The stages were: design, quotation and management of the project. Refurbishing included: public areas, lobby, bar, restaurant, lounge, kitchens and bedrooms.
