In 2012, founded Pablo Schaer – Architectural Projects. A Boutique Architectural Office with a selected & diversified client portfolio, Pablo is personally leading and acting as advisor for different projects in Argentina and overseas. Polo Industry related Projects, Residential, Hotels, Strip-malls and Office Buildings.
In 2009, co-founded Gallardo-Schaer GS Architects, an architectural office with a unique, prime portfolio of clients and projects, diversified into different types and locations within Argentina and overseas, adding value, mostly within the Polo Industry. (1997-2005) Pablo Schaer was Development Manager & Managing Director at Comagasi SA (Member of the Board of Directors) - Part of Invercasa Group, a key player in the Argentine Market & International Consultant in Real Estate.
Previous to the aforementioned period and since 1983, Pablo Schaer worked and performed in diverse functions in Architectural Offices and as a Professor in the School of Architecture at the University of Buenos Aires. Also at Construction Companies, Representatives offices of International Manufactures of Construction Equipment and Materials and even like a crew member of the German SY Regina Maris in its long sailing-trip around the world. The Project´s high-tech complexity involved the main international companies in each field at the time it was built, reaching a very high standard of quality and design. It immediately became the emblematic building of the Swiss Insurance Company and its corporate image in Latin America.

OCEAN JADE & JADE BEACH - LUXURY RESIDENTIAL TOWER – SOUTH FLORIDA - USA
Two 56–floor residential towers 1.1M sq.ft. each, at a premium location in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. With a very high level of comfort & luxury standards, both buildings designed by Carlos Ott Architect & Associates in 2002 are icons in the South Florida skyline. Pablo Schaer, in his capacity as associate of the Ott Studio participated in the sales and gestation of the Architectural Concept Design, achieving a strong insertion of the Ott Office in the American market.

IUR PLAZA - OFFICE BUILDING - MENDOZA - ARGENTINA
It will be the First Corporate Office building, facing the Andes in Mendoza, Argentina. Located at one of the best corners of the city, at "Plaza España" square, the Project is the first in the region to be designed by an International Architectural Studio.
Pablo Schaer, as a member of the IUR group (Urban Identity) and advisor to the group in matters related to architecture and specific infrastructure for buildings of this kind and quality, brought Architect Carlos Ott, who not only developed the conceptual Project but also the bidding documents of the project.

ELLERSTINA POLO CLUB & TEAM CORPORATE HEAD QUARTERS - BUENOS AIRES - ARGENTINA
We design all the Interiors of the new offices of Ellerstina, with a modern, traditional and warm image. Pablo Schaer participated in the Project as partner with Gallardo-Schaer Architects. A Refurbishment of the former residence of the Sultan of Brunei at the heart of Ellerstina Polo Club, the most important Polo Centre in the world. The new offices have Events and Exhibition Rooms on the ground floor with large terraces overlooking a polo field as well as private offices, meeting and conference rooms on the top floor.

ELLERSTINA-JOHOR POLO TEAM - HORSTUDS - BUENOS AIRES - ARGENTINA
Gallardo-Schaer Architects designed and managed the construction of the Project contracted by Ellerstina and designed especially for the Malaysian Royal Family, under the direct supervision of HRH the Sultan of Johor, his main advisors in Malaysia and the specialized supervision of Mariano Darritchon and Gonzalo Pieres themselves.
The complex of boxes, services and upscale temporary residence is located at Ellerstina Polo Club overlooking a Polo field and a training field.

LOVELOCKS-EL QUEMAO EQUINE EMBRYO TRANSFER CENTRE, BUENOS AIRES - ARGENTINA
Major Hanbury, owner at Lovelocks Studs and El Remanso requested the Project directly to GS Architects, taking into account our know-how and previous experience. For its development, we summoned the main local referents in embryo transfer and breeding of "Polo Argentino" ponies, adding not only La Z's, but Gonzalo Pieres's personal Know How, as well as the contribution of Bridget & Christopher Hanbury's vast experience in Britain. Our work includes Master Plan and Design of each facility. Also includes, all Technical & Vet Consultancies as well as Construction Management.

HARAS SANTA MARÍA – COUNTRY CLUB & EQUINE CENTRE - BUENOS AIRES - ARGENTINA
DI-GE, a company founded and directed by Pablo Schaer was hired to undertake the General Project Auditing of the Real Estate Development Company CEDISA. The project extends over 360 hectares, on which 10 gates communities with schools, golf courses, tennis courts, football pitches and horse riding fields are distributed, among other multiple activities.

ACUARIO HOTEL - LAS LEÑAS SKI RESORT – MENDOZA - ARGENTINA
Refurbishing project of the Acuario Hotel, assigned to Gallardo-Schaer Architectural Office by the board of Las Leñas, led by Tan Sri A.P. Arumugam, in charge of the Malaysian group, owner of the main Ski Resort in Argentina. The original 1983 building is situated at 2.300 mts. above sea-level, in the heart of The Andes highest summits. The office presented a plan for an integral re-functionalization of the hotel. The stages were: design, quotation and management of the project. Refurbishing included: public areas, lobby, bar, restaurant, lounge, kitchens and bedrooms.

BANCO DE VALORES CORPORATE BUILDING, BUENOS AIRES - ARGENTINA
The Board of Directors of the Banco de Valores, entrusted DI-GE SRL with the development of its new corporate building.
It included the management of the Architectural Project and Construction of the new approximately 10,000m2/100.000sq.ft building. The design was entrusted to the international Studio KPM, as well as the staking plan and Interior Design.
Pablo Schaer's role as Founding Partner and Managing Director of DI-GE SRL- and his experience in similar previous projects was crucial for the company for the definition of the contract.

Oracle-BEA, one of the main software companies in the world hired our Project Management services for the new 2,500m2 corporate building. -An undertaking by Taurus Investments Holding and Austral University-. Havas Media, a French group with interests in the media and advertising business worldwide, hired DI-GE for advice and support in the relocation into a single corporate building for its subsidiary companies MPG, Arena, Media Contacts & B6 Entertainment. Additionally, they designated DI-GE as Project and Construction Manager for the refurbishment of an antique building for its new corporate head offices. The excellent project and interior design was by architect Gustavo Rangoni and his team at BAU Architects.

OWN HOTEL PUERTO MADERO - BUENOS AIRES - ARGENTINA
DI-GE was hired by the SFP Group, a Swiss Investment Fund, investing in Real Estate in Europe, South America and Asia, to carry out the Green Building -Leed Auditing of the Own Hotel Puerto Madero Project, designed by Bonta-Donozo Studio. Grinberg Studio, specialized in the aforementioned regulations, was hired with the object of being the first Hotel building in Argentina certified by the international US Green Building Council regulations in Argentina.

Arising from the owner´s need to reformulate the project, DI-GE, founded & managed by Pablo Schaer, was hired to manage the entire refurbishing process of the building and turning it into an office building. In compliance with the parameters established by the Historical Protection Area Institute of Buenos Aires, Arch. Estela Alvarenga, who specializes in historical preservation, carried out the refurbishments project at this building located next to Parque Lezama.

DI-GE was hired to carry out the relocation diagnosis of the corporate offices of Falabella. The process comprised the definition of the stacking plan and the company growth of the following 5 years. El proyecto de interiorismo de las nuevas oficinas de Ellerstina con una imagen moderna, tradicional y cálida. Una remodelación de la antigua residencia del Sultan de Brunei en el corazón de Ellerstina Polo Club, centro mas importante del Polo mundial. Las nuevas oficinas cuentan en la Planta baja con Salones de eventos y exposición con grandes terrazas mirando a una cancha a polo y las oficinas privadas, salas de reuniones y conferencias en la planta superior.

Major Hanbury, propietario de Lovelocks Studs y El Remanso adjudico el proyecto en forma directa a GS Arquitectos, basándose en nuestro conocimiento en la materia y experiencias previas. Para su desarrollo, sumamos a los principales referentes locales en transferencia de embriones y cria de caballos de "Polo Argentino", sumando no solo la experiencia de directivos de "La Z", sino además la experiencia personal de Gonzalo Pieres (padre) y de igual forma la vasta experiencia de Bridget & Christopher Hanbury obtenida en Gran Bretania. Nuestro trabajo incluyo el Master Plan y el diseño de cada edificio e infraestructura. Asimismo, toda la consultoría técnica y Veterinaria al igual que el gerenciamiento de la construcción.

DI-GE empresa fundada y dirigida por Pablo Schaer fue contratada para llevar a cabo la Auditoría General del Proyecto de la Desarrolladora Inmobiliaria CEDISA. El emprendimiento se extiende sobre un terreno de 360 hectáreas, en las que se distribuyen 10 barrios con colegio, canchas de golf, tenis, fútbol e hípico, entre las múltiples actividades del proyecto.

HOTEL ACUARIO - CENTRO DE ESQUI LAS LEÑAS – MENDOZA - ARGENTINA
Proyecto de renovación del Hotel Acuario encargado al Estudio Gallardo-Schaer por el Directorio de Las Leñas, liderado por Tan Sri A.P. Arumugam a cargo del grupo malayo propietario del principal Ski Resort de Argentina. El edificio original del año 1983 está situado a 2.300 mts. sobre el nivel del mar, en pleno corazón de las altas cumbres de la Cordillera de los Andes.
El estudio presentó un esquema de refuncionalización integral del hotel. Las etapas fueron: diseño, cotización y gerenciamiento de la obra. La remodelación incluyó: áreas publicas, lobby, bar, restaurant, lounge, cocinas y habitaciones.

El Directorio del Banco de Valores, confió a DI-GE SRL el Desarrollo de su nuevo edificio corporativo. El mismo incluyo el Gerenciamiento del Proyecto de Arquitectura y el de la Construcción del nuevo edificio de aprox. 10,000m2/100.000 sq.ft .
El diseño fue encomendado al estudio internacional KPM, al igual que el staking-plan e Interiorismo.

Adicionalmente, designó a DI-GE como Gerenciador del Proyecto y Construcción en la remodelación de un antiguo edificio para la nueva sede corporativa. El excelente proyecto de arquitectura e interiorismo fue realizado arquitecto Gustavo Rangoni y su equipo en BAU Arquitectos.

DI-GE fue contratada por el Fondo de Inversión Suizo SFP Group, con inversiones en Real Estate en Europa, Sudamérica y Asia, para realizar la Auditoría Leed del Proyecto Own Hotel Puerto Madero, diseñado por el estudio Bonta-Donozo Arquitectos. Con el objeto de que el Edificio sea el primero en Argentina certificado con la normativa internacional del US Green Building Council, ha sido contratado el Estudio Grinberg como especialista en dichas normas.

Cumpliendo con los estrictos parámetros que establece el Instituto de Preservación Histórica de Buenos Aires, la Arqta. Estela Alvarenga especialista en Preservación Historica, llevó adelante los proyectos de remodelación y reciclaje. en este edificio situado en Parque Lezama.

DI-GE fue contratado para realizar el diagnóstico de relocalización de las oficinas corporativas de Falabella. El proceso contempló la definición del stacking-plan y el crecimiento de la compañía en los siguientes 5 años. DI-GE fue contratada además como Proyectista y Coordinador General para realizar el diseño de Interiorismo y fitting-up de las nuevas oficinas corporativas de mas de 2,000 m2. I worked with Pablo on the "Pueblo Polo" Project (for E. Urban Developments) in a synergy between companies where DUBAC Urbanism PLC provided normative and urbanism advice to the Gallardo-Schaer studio.
