Two 56–floor residential towers 1.1M sq.ft. each, at a premium location in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. With a very high level of comfort & luxury standards, both buildings designed by Carlos Ott Architect & Associates in 2002 are icons in the South Florida skyline. Pablo Schaer, in his capacity as associate of the Ott Studio participated in the sales and gestation of the Architectural Concept Design, achieving a strong insertion of the Ott Office in the American market.
