IUR PLAZA – EDIFICIO DE OFICINAS - MENDOZA - ARGENTINA
Primer edificio de Oficinas Corporativo frente a los Andes en Mendoza, Argentina. Ubicado en una de las mejores esquinas de la ciudad frente a Plaza España, el proyecto es el primero en la región diseñado por un estudio de Arquitectura Internacional. Pablo Schaer como parte del grupo IUR (Identidad Urbana) y asesor del grupo en temas de arquitectura e infraestructura especifica para edificios de este tipo y calidad, convocó al Arquitecto Carlos Ott quien no solo desarrollo el proyecto conceptual sino que además desarrollo la documentación licitatoria del proyecto.

It will be the First Corporate Office building, facing the Andes in Mendoza, Argentina. Located at one of the best corners of the city, at "Plaza España" square, the Project is the first in the region to be designed by an International Architectural Studio.
Pablo Schaer, as a member of the IUR group (Urban Identity) and advisor to the group in matters related to architecture and specific infrastructure for buildings of this kind and quality, brought Architect Carlos Ott, who not only developed the conceptual Project but also the bidding documents of the project.
